A DOOR HANGER

Good morning

Another Creata project from me today. I have used the following Creata products:

Paper from the new larger glitter pads.
Mirror board Cerise & Green
Leaf die
Butterfly die

What i have done here is take a basic wooden door hanger and inked all around the edges with TH spun sugar distress ink. Cut paper to fit the length and width of the hanger and round the edges. Cut out the middle area to hang it on the handle.
Printed the topper and cut a circle in mirror board using a nested die. Cut the leaves in mirror board and attached them behind. Cut the butterfly in pink card then attached it and added bling for its body.
Cut a length of ribbon and wrapped it around the top into a loop then created a bow.
Simple yet effective door hanger and can be created for any style and any room - a fun project

PURPLE FAIRYDUST

Hello all

Here is another Sheena Douglass fairy card that i made some time ago. I have used a piece of purple glitter paper and embossed it with a creata snowflake embossing sheet. Added some graduated sizes of purple bling.
The image was stamped then coloured with copic markers and matted onto purple card stock. I have added glitter to her wings.

fairydust

Good evening all

Here is a card i made before christmas using Sheena Douglass stamp set Powered by Fairydust, I totally love this little fairy and sentiment as thats what i have on my car!
I have here used a 6x6 card blank covered in silver and blue card. A circle die cut and edged in peel offs. A spellbinders corner die in mirror card and some bling added
The stamp was coloured with copic markers and cut out close to the edges and mounted onto the card with pinflair glue gel then added glitter to her wings

EMBOSS IT

Good morning

Well christmas day is now over with, was santa good to you all ?

Today at Creative Moments we are having a new challenge. It is about using embossing on your projects whether it be dry or heat.

The sponsor for image that i have used for this challenge is Doodle Garden. The digi is called Winter Bird. Its so cute isnt it. I have chosen to use dry embossing.

I have used an A4 purple sheet of card to create my card blank. I have covered it in pink/lilac Kanban tutti fruitti embossed card. I then used a matting of pink card to go around the purple mirror board which was embossed with a stencil.
The digi was printed onto neenah card stock and coloured with spectrum noir markers then cut our using deckle edge scissors.
This was mounted onto the card using foam pads.
I die cut a flower & leaves (you can see the embossing on the leaves in a lower photo) and added it with some embossed stars as embellishments

Not sure what happened here but this photo has not come out right, probably my camera again!

SLEEPY FAIRY

Good morning

Today id like to show you a card that was created for Carley Duff from Creata for Thursdays Creata show on Create and Craft TV 1pm today.

It is an easel card and has been made using Creata produts - mirror board, foiled decoupage stickers, Parchment, Leaf dies, Large oval central die and backing paper.

The elements i have used from my own stash is just the card blank and the digi image that was coloured with copic markers and glitter added to her wings.
