WHO IS THE FAIREST OF THEM ALL

Good morning everyone

Today i am showcasing 2 projects i have created using The Scrapbook Stamp Society digi called The Fairest in the land inspired on Snow White,  from the talented artist Heather Valentin. The digi can be found HERE

This is my first project it is a 6x6 square card and the digi is created in green and pink. Certainly gives a new twist to the snow white colour combo!

I have printed the digi onto neenah card stock and coloured her with spectrum noir pens then cut it out close to the black edge. I covered the card stock in patterend paper then cut a different pattern with a nestie to act as a background for mount the digi on.

I tied ribbon all around the front of the card and knotted it at the front. Added 2 pink pearl hat pins as embellishments.

Glossy accents were added to the hair bow, apple, eyes, lips, dress and shoes

Glitter was added to her petticoat and card candy added to the bottom and top RHS of each corner

I am entering this card into the following challenges

Next up is another different colour combo as ive used pastel colours of pink and cream.
The digi was again printed onto neenah and coloured with spectrum noir markers and cut out. The card blank was covered with DCWV paper and pearls added to the bottom

I added feathers, flowers, hat pins and a charm as textured embellishments and a 3d raised sentiment using glitter card and a scalloped punch for its matting and layering.

Her hair, petticoat, eyes, lips and apple were glazed with glossy accents which gives a lovely glossy hard raised feel to the touch
