Animal Kingdom

Hello everyone, today at the Scrapbook Stamp Society we have a new challenge called "Animal Kingdom". So that means we would love to see your cards featuring that topic.

I have used the digi called "baby Gaby Giraffe" from the talented artist 

Heather Valentin and it can be found HERE.

I printed the image twice and coloured them with spectrum noir markers. I decided to create this project in one of my fav colours - lilac. Pink and lilac go together but i decided to give pink a miss this time !

I then cut out the second image sculpted it into a 3d shape.  I cut the white card using a shaped nestie then matted and layered it onto silver mirror board cut using the next size up of nestie.

The card was covered with dotty lilac paper and a strip of white card was ran through a crimper and attached onto the left side.

Buttons and a dotty bow were then added up the strip of crimped card

The matted and layered digi was then attached to the card base and then the sculpted layer was attached with pinflair glue.

When dry i added glossy accents glaze onto the giraffes muzzle, feet and bow.
