You do not have to be from scotland to take part as its a hop open to everyone as at some point in everyones lifes they will come across and use a piece of tartan for something or other !!
It will involve each line up member to create a project - card, scrapbook page, x stitch, painting, hand crafted piece of clothing, bag, home decor item etc etc just so long as it has some sort of tartan as an element on it.
If you are interested in being in the line up leave me a comment with your blog address and your facebook profile page link as i have a FB group created. However you do not have to have a FB page to take part as we can communicate via email so if you want to take part and dont have a FB page leave me your blog & email addy instead.
You are wanting to take part then free to take the blinkie from the side bar to advertise.

Sounds great Gill but what does it involve? Will the theme be tartan and do you need to be Scottish :)) Not a problem as my maternal ancestors are from Lerwick!

Gill, this is great I LOVE tartan, and used to do my Christmas always in tartan. Please count my in. Thanks ~ Debbie ( The Cornish Folk also use Tartan).

sounds like a great idea Gill. I'm afraid I don't think I would be able to take part as am struggling to think what "tartan" I have to craft with....shocking for a Scot to say I know. I do have Scottish themed stamps, would that do?
