Earlier this year i entered a create and craft competition to make a card - any size, any theme just so long as it used the Big shot and elements from it or sizzix.
I created the word template card below.
I did not expect what happened next!!On a sunday afternoon while at mum and dads my mobile kept ringing but it was an unrecognisable number so didnt answer. on the third attempt i answered. I was rather shocked as it was a producer from Ideal World asking me if i wouldnt mind going live on air to talk to Denise and Joanna Sheen about my card entry.
I immediately agreed. They were going to phone me back when it was time to go on air.
Several moments later to compose myself from the shock, they called. Denise and Joanna spoke about my card and then all at once a big CONGRATULATIONS rang out from the studio as they had duped me and i had won the competition! shocked stunned flabergasted and excited were all emotions going through me at that time.
It took a whiley for that to sink in. My prize was for me and 3 friends to go to the IW studios in Peterborough for an all expenses paid trip to craft with Stephanie for the day. WOW!
I was bombarded with well wishes from friends and family.
The friends i wanted to take with me were flabergasted at being asked and jamp at the chance!Our trip took place on 11th August 2008.

We all had a fantastic time and got a tour of the studio from Steve one of the producers who also acts as a Magic Hands.
IW put us up in the Peterborough central travel inn and paid for our meals!
It was a trip that money cant buy and we will all remember it fondly.
